Lots of protein and vegetables today…

Breakfast:
1 Scrambled egg
2 Slices of millet bread, toasted
2 tsp Earth Balance buttery spread
1 cup of Dandy Blend + 1 tbsp Natural Bliss creamer, vanilla
16 oz. pure water

Lunch:
Large bowl of steamed cabbage with turkey sausage medallions
8 oz water

Snack:
5 Almond butter balls
1 bottle of Perrier

Supper:
3 small Maryland crab cakes
Tossed salad
Small slice of homemade Pear Pie, filling made with fresh pears, honey, cinnamon, and allspice
16 oz water

Bedtime:
16 oz. water + Supplements
