Lunch: Chicken and rice, bottle of water

Snack: Tomatoes

Supper: Out to dinner to China Buffet: Broccoli Chicken, Beef and Onions, Green Beans, Vegetable Fried Rice, Mushrooms, Water

Bedtime:  Strawberry tea with Vitamin C powder, supplements
